Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the great opportunity to teach rehabilitation protocols and office systems/procedures during hundreds of seminars in 39 states, Mexico and Canada, with thousands of healthcare professionals. One of the main reasons I created Pure DC Fusion was I realized many DC’s have never had the opportunity to work with a strong office team while watching a successful office operate and many of these offices also had overhead expenses which were way too high. After my wife and I started our family in 2003, we decided to create a business plan which would allow us to start another practice while leasing space to other DCs within our practice. The goal was to decrease overhead and increase profits for our office and all of the independent DCs while creating a future exit strategy for our practice.

Over the last 13 years, I have owned and operated our clinic while leasing space to multiple DCs.  During this time we have created and documented a proven track record of managing a practice that has successfully had up to three other independent DCs leasing space inside our location and we are now teaching this system around the nation.  Based on the systems, checklists and agreements we have created, this has allowed the DCs to operate their own practices with a much lower overhead while giving them the opportunity to focus 100% on their practice without having to hire, train and manage their own staff.  At the same time, these other DCs have not had to sign long-term leases or purchase all of the necessary equipment which can become very costly when starting a new clinic location.  We have the team and the systems in place to help them manage, schedule, bill and collect as they focus on marketing and growing their practices. In return, it has also allowed us to run our practice with a much lower overhead which has truly allowed a win-win scenario for all.
